That is inevitable when the parent-child relations turn more and more gynocentric.
Don't let the clickbait article fool you, the UK is a pretty awesome place.
What does it mean for Jordan Petersons intellect when he falls for fake news that conform to his far right leaning biases - exactly like a lot of low IQ sherdoggers, like TS?
so we can't bully?
nor have best friends now?
do they even give out grades anymore?
Attempting to manipulate human nature is how you create a bunch of sociopaths and psychopaths.
What did he do or say?
He criticized the psychologist who wrote the article advocating for schools to adopt this policy. Somehow that's "falling for fake news"?
To bad he's turned to pandering to his audience but at least he had a prestigious and fruitful career before becoming a right wing ideologue. I can't wait to get my hands on Maps of Meaning, speaking of which did you ever finish reading it @dontsnitch?
I was not aware that Peterson mentioned anything about this story. Do you have a link to what he said about it?
The 2nd tweet is him referencing an article which references a FOX article which refrences the Sun (a sensationalist tabloid) article
It looks like Peterson was fooled by a headline.
It's mostly the parents' responsibility but the schools subvert parents in a variety of ways. Some kids are very difficult to motivate and society doesn't have the will to impose demands on minor children to excel. When a parent gets older they may realize that they didn't parent as well as they would have liked. I know that I can point to very few unquestionably good decisions that I made, and the worst choices weren't obvious at the time.
Undermining natural tendencies doesn't end well in most cases.
This seems like nonsense. More of a reason to homeschool your children quite frankly.
Are you sure? Can you provide information; I'm not doubting you. I want to claim best friendship for the patriarchy because it's a great idea. What's a source I can use.
By the fact that the schools are outright saying "we discourage this". Why are you arguing so hard against the schools themselves?
I would agree with this if it wasnt for that fact that it is 100% irrelavant. Parents actions today indicate that they do not want school administrators disciplining their kids. That ship has sailed. School staffs are absolutely terrified of intervening in any way these days, except for maybe modifying ciriculums to fit more closely with their political views.
because the thread is full of unsubstantiated claims. you guys dont have any real evidence about whats happening at these schools, and we dont even know how many schools it is lol.
I think a better question is why do kids hate being there?
I love reading and learning now. I hated it when I was in school. The reason is the writ memorization, that you forget 2 weeks later. You aren't actually learning anything. You are jumping through hoops, and forgetting what you learned a short time later.
Kids are excited to learn naturally. Our education system is meant to produce factory workers, it is not meant to create critical thinkers. It isn't meant to teach you how to think, it is designed to teach you what to think.
Funny enough, when you confine people to a box, and demand a focus on test taking, and not actually learning anything, people tend not to like school.
Do people really not remember Scheme went full troll after DC's loss?
I see people responding to him like he's really looking for discussions, but no one seems to remember he went complete parody with his account right after DC got finished.
And I would think for those who did forget or didn't know, thread titles like this would be a big indication.
And your defense seems to be "nuh uh".
