did kind of a random workout today....
saw that 300 crossfit workout and slightly modified it...
25 pull ups 1x15 1x10
deadlift 135x15 225x10 315x5 405x5 425x3 425x1
bench press (warmed up) 135x20 225x10 315x5 365x5 405x3 405x1
squats (warmed up) 135x15 225x10 315x10 365x5 405x5
clean and press i was pretty tired by this point so i just did 135 till failure for 4 sets
50 floor wipers
25 pull ups 1x10 1x7 1x6 (i was kinda pissed i couln't finish) 1x2 dammit....
i was pretty dead after. i went as fast as i could with my brother helping with the weights and it was a damn good workout...
Deadlift 350
Front Squat 225
Back Squat 275
Floor Press 205 3reps
Overhead Press 135 2reps
175lbs, 5'9".
I did max squat AFTER my DL max and full pyramid, so it's low. I've repped 275 before, I was shocked when I only got it once. I was excited about the 2x Bodyweight deadlift today though
