550x5x3 today. 250 kg is definitely a new 5RM.

 
315*9 bench, might have gotten ten but it would have been shit. Back to Sheiko or Westside when I get home
 
I too, also rack and come out of the squat rack slowly. Seriously, nice job.
 
120 bench press for a +5kg PR and 200 squat for a +7.5 kg PR and tying my low-bar PR (which I had done at +2 kg BW).

But more importantly: done this while being the overall healthiest I've been in a very long time.

161/193 354 for PRs across the board.

Squat - 495 for 4, two sets. 10lb PB

No video; needed musical stimulus to get through this.
