310x8 bench, go figure
Started 531 to give me more consistency across the board
App calculated that to a 393 max (does it automatically with each workout you enter)...if only
 
143 snatch pull+snatch for a PR, only hit 4/6, though. Also, a volume PR by hitting 4/6 at 180 for clean & jerks. The two missed jerks were stupid misses, too. My previous best was three at 180+ in a session.

Honestly, while cleaning 204 is awesome, it's not anything that I didn't already know I could do. I wasn't even remotely worried about missing it and I only took 5 total reps to do it.

I am happier with how easy 150 is right now. I've made it the last three weeks and 4/5 weeks. I made it twice in a row yesterday because I wasn't happy with the first make.
 
150/182 in a meet for competition PRs across the board. 5 kg, 2 kg, and 7 kg, respectively.

305x6 close grip bench. Made a run at 360x2 a few weeks back but it didn't happen. Also 500x3 wrapped squat pr.
