"Some" is being polite
We've had some Chris Sommers videos here before. And he would probably say this guy has done his prep work and his joints, tendons, ligaments, fascia has been built up for at least a decade to where he can do some of this stuff.

But like you said, some of that stuff has to take a toll if he keeps it up.
 
I'm curious on some of the weights he's using. I'll challenge him to a turkish getup competition!

This guy's brain isn't even functional.

Every gym has someone like this that usually gets their membership revoked at some point due to legality fears by the owner or the manager. This guy's body is eventually going to be toast.
