What a motherload of volume! And you call that a bad session....

Yeah, things have been going pretty well recently but this session felt like a step back. Going to get an early night tonight and get diet etc back on point from tomorrow.

Theyre just shocked that you haven't seen DBZ... I reckon it'll be right up your street.. get your lad to watch it, too.

I'll give it a go. He might be into it, he's been obsessed with Power Rangers the last couple of years.

I'm currently watching Princess Mononoke after seeing it briefly on TV yesterday. Did the first half on my train journey this morning, looking forward to watching the rest on my way home.

Backed off to 60kg x 3, and even that felt crap. I need to be really warmed up for a decent press session, and was training outside in the cold, so decided to cut it short and deadlift instead.

It's inconsistent due to the shift work, but I'd really like to get 8 - 9 hours most days / nights. I probably get 5 - 7 at the moment, and it starts to catch up with me. As you know, having young children doesn't help!

I'm right around the same 5-7 range although right now it usually involves waking up a couple of times with the baby. I take this stuff called adrenal health, it really seems to make a difference in being able to cope with the rotating shifts and all the caffeine I consume.

Thanks, I'll see if we can get that over here. I have started taking Night Nurse on occasion to ensure a deep sleep. It leads to some pretty weird dreams though.
