Thanks, I'd like to think so. I put on a load of weight at Christmas, going back up to 100kg, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't muscle. I'm back down to 94kg now after paying attention to my diet again.Man, I am impressed with the consistent amount of volume you do. Are you putting on muscle?

I don't know, not so many people get their milk delivered anymore, so I rarely have to carry that many bottles, bloody supermarkets putting us out of business.
