I've came across a lot of stories of how Mike trained, and I came across a post that seems to dive into it:

How legit is this?

If this is legit, why aren't fighters using this as a blueprint? At least on the boxing side. These days pro fighters (Boxing or MMA) Literally train 4/5 hours a day even when they're in camp.

What happened to the rest of day? Any pros, or training to be pros care to comment?

Yeah its weird, it mentions he did squats but in prison. He had huge legs though, doubt its all roadwork, im sure the whole truth we'll never know.
