I've came across a lot of stories of how Mike trained, and I came across a post that seems to dive into it:

    https://www.brawlbros.com/mike-tyson-workout/

    How legit is this?

If this is legit, why aren't fighters using this as a blueprint? At least on the boxing side. These days pro fighters (Boxing or MMA) Literally train 4/5 hours a day even when they're in camp.

What happened to the rest of day? Any pros, or training to be pros care to comment?

''Cumulative reps for calisthenics was 2000 sit-ups, 500 pushups, 500 dips, 500 shrugs and about 30 minutes of neck bridges daily.''

    But who was lower body?

    But who was chin ups?

    That's a retarded BW workout...

Yeah its weird, it mentions he did squats but in prison. He had huge legs though, doubt its all roadwork, im sure the whole truth we'll never know.

What makes you think that all fighters should train the same way Mike Tyson did?

Not so much the exact regiment, but more so the intensity, the discipline, being swallowed by the process.
