The year is nearly over, a quick recap.

I started the year with a 1060lb total and weighed about 220lbs, which is the same as I ended 2012 with. After a year of consistent heavy lifting, I am happy to say I have a 1300lb total at about 235lbs currently. I know the upward trend with slow, but outlook is good for next year. I check the CPU site weekly to see when the next IPF event will be in Winnipeg, as I intend to enter.
 
Looks like it's been a good year for you Aleks, hope your progress continues next year.
