Not sure how many people read this, but I just have to say that I have been feeling great of late. I don't feel like I'm driving myself into the ground, training for meets that never materialize. I don't really have the time to dedicate to the chasing of numbers at this time, and it took me a long time to accept that, but when I did, training became fun again, not the mental chore I had turned it into, constantly pushing, banging my head against the proverbial wall.

Don't get me wrong, there will be a time when the call of the iron will draw me back. I'm enjoying lifting relatively pain free, losing some useless fat and appearing more jacked and possibly even slightly tanned.
