FAST & FURIOUS 9 Release Date Pushed Back a Year to April 10, 2020


Universal Pictures announced today it is pushing back Fast & Furious 9 from an April 19, 2019 release to Friday, April 10, 2020.

The Fate of the Furious, which hit theaters on April 14, 2017, reunited Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson and Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges in a heart-stopping new adventure that also features Charlize Theron, Kurt Russell and Scott Eastwood.

The Fate of the Furious earned $1.238 billion at the worldwide box office, with $225.7 million coming from North American theaters and $1.013 billion internationally.
