When people look at fighters at the weigh ins, they cant see their neural systems... how advanced, coordinated, responsive and prepared they are.

Fedor was in great shape today, physically, but going deeper, was he the same fighter? If his nervous is not as trained as his muscular, or if it declined a lil bit, one milisecond can make a huge difference... Its not a coincidence he got rocked badly (and finished today) in his last 2 fights.

At least BJ Penn is doing the right things training with the marinoviches.... Their system work the body as a whole, not only muscular, but everything... a system for athletes really.

Thats why u see that fat mofo, or that skinny/out of shape mofo, and you say that guy cant do certain things, but you wont seeing their nervous/neural system lol.

Of course he's not the same. Think back in your life 10 years, that's literally the last time Fedor was any good.
