Boston Redsox got caught using Apple watches to steal signs against the Yankees

http://www.businessinsider.com/bost...tm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer-bi

"In the clips, the team's assistant athletic trainer, Jon Jochim, is seen looking at his Apple Watch and then passing information to outfielder Brock Holt and second baseman Dustin Pedroia, who was injured at the time but in uniform. In one instance, Pedroia is then seen passing the information to Young."

#AppleWatchgate

The story doesn't really say how the watch was used. I'm kinda confused about that. Were they watching replays on the watch?

Such a stupid rule. You can steal, but only in a specific way.

It is like telling somebody, "If you use a gun to rob your neighbor, it is illegal, but if you punch him in the face, KO him, and then take his stuff, then it is OK, because you are not using technology."

Stupidity. Either it is OK to steal or it isn't. Making rules about the methodology of the theft instead of addressing the issue of theft directly, seems silly to me.
