Good to see another strongman here. I'll be following!

I can't quite call myself a strongman yet, my first competition is coming up, jumping straight into the open division just hoping not to zero anything.
What weight class do you compete at?
This is where I train at
That looks like a great place to train, I primarily train in my basement, which isn't ideal but it works for me.

Dammit, man that SUCKS. I'm sorry to hear it. How's it feeling today? Swelling, discoloration?Well I just thoroughly fucked myself up, I think I fully tore my partially torn ACL and probably other ligaments as well.

Part of me hates that I pushed the set too far, while another part of me knows that that knee was never going to be right until surgery and this will force my hand to finally get it repaired. It was bound to go sooner or later if I kept on pushing myself which I plan on doing.
I'll post the video as soon as I get up the guts to watch it, I think there was an audible snap, plus my girlish "just fucked my body yell".

I have about 15 degrees of pain free range of motion, it's not black and blue, but swollen and very warm, and I can barely walk. I'll be happy if it's only one ligament torn. I've been working with a partially torn ACL for the past 2.5 years and I knew this was a risk. Rehabbing the ACL was what got me back into lifting after 3 years off.
Here's the video, warning: don't watch if you don't want to hear things break, see a knee buckle, and hear a cry of anguish.
I did some grip work today, 30 pull-ups, some curls and some seated db presses.
That was heartbreaking BT, I'm rooting for only one ligament and a speedy surgical and rehab process. Nice job getting in some work today regardless, that's championship spirit right there.
