No but if we had this thread for 2012, he'd be my vote.

3-1 if you ignore that BS DQ loss
The only loss being to Jon Fitch
And a win over Charlie Brenneman who beat Rick Story who beat Johnny Hendricks

Right now it's Borrachinha who stopped Johnny Hendricks

Anders came from an A level sport background?....then my money is on him to get wrecked by usada since 90% or more of football players take peds

They're both two of the brightest prospects at HW. Blaydes likely gets the edge only due to the grappling though. He's got a lot of work to do with his striking. He'd definitely be on the list if he had less UFC fights.

I picked tuivasa seeing as he’s in a division that lacks both youth and fresh talent and he has both. I think he has the best chance to make a serious noise in his division. Lots of other good cases to be made for other you listed tho

Magomed or Paulo. I went for paulo since I believe he’s faced better competition.

Hard choice between Zabit and Paulo....I pick Paulo because his USADA skills are excellent.
(Need to mention he's very well rounded)

Borrachinha looks like TRTVitor and DHEAMachida had one hell of a good time together with a testtube.

Borrachinha and Zabit neck and neck. Only a couple of votes separating them. Gonna be a close one.

It's the former Rubberband Man for me. For those unaware, Borrachinha, Paulo Costa's old nickname, means either Rubber, Little Rubber, or Rubberband. Now, he's The Eraser.
