    Hi all,
I purchased a bunch of gis when I first start bjj. But lately I only use one or two gis and want to sale the others. They are atama but I can't remember if they are single or double weave. Is there any way to tell the difference? I don't want to miss advertise. Thanks

I guess one of them is as double as thick than the other.

Without wanting to make matters worse, bjj gis are often sold in gold & platinum weaves that are slightly thicker than single weave. Double weaves are really thick, as in difficult to grab hold of. I certainly wouldn't train BJJ in my Mizuno double weave.

Try to search online of the gi that matches what you have, or the price if you remember it. Failing that take it to training next time and compare it to someone elses gi, especially if someone else trains in a double.

Double weave is hot and heavy. If you have summer in your country, def don't wear a dw during the summer, it is awful.

i don't see the point in going double weave, myself. My single weave gis have lasted me multiple years, and are made well. While DW is just heavier, and not fun to wear.
