Episode 34 features Jake and Kimberly Fox from Fox Fitness in Wichita, Kansas. Professor Jake shares his story of his short stint in the World Championship of Wrestling (WCW) and there may even be a video floating around of his early days. Kimberly is a blue belt in brazilian jiu jitsu and an accomplished kettlebell athlete with two world records under her belt.
