how the hell you think dana, lorenzo got the ufc to become the first fight company valued at $7billion dollars?
While other organizations pay fighters fare wage for their dedication, long term injuries, surgeries etc, ufc continues to shaft it's employees. that's how you grow.
same way multi national companies pay employees 4 cents an hour in asia in order to grow and keep their bottom line plump and rich, the ufc penny pinches it's fighters.
