i got a fight coming up in november..Muay thai.. First fight of mine..I'm dropping from 195 to 170..Class is 3 times a week. I landscape a ton.so always in heat..Other than that I'm starting to run a lot either off days on work or class..Coach said around 30 miles a week..rounds are 3 2min rounds. I dont have a strict diet but i know what to and what not eat..i used to be very heavy in lifting but i know its useless because i will be eating away some muscle..i figured cardio is the key but of course maintain a healthy body.. Any input or advice from you guys would be awesome..thanks guys
