Substitute for bench press ...?

I've rolled over 300 down my chest do to years of lifting alone. Don't be a baby. I'm not saying it's a great idea but It's not gonna kill you to fail once in a while. Anyway, overheads are a good alternative and also listen to the other guys and use dumbells. But if your interested in doing barbell BP's than just do them and suck it up and either roll it down your chest or take the collars off and tip the weights off.
