2day i planned to do squat bench and deadlift because its the only time i can use gym this week...

Bench
67.5kg x 5
67.5kg x 5
67.5kg x 1/5 ffs

Then had to call it a day because i had class so doing sum dumbell shiz later at home
 
1 arm split snatch 24.2kg 3 reps each side x3
2 arm push press 26.6kg 3 reps x 2
1 arm push press 26.6kg 5 reps x 2 each side
1 leg deadlift 48kg 5 reps x2 each side
12 kg Pistols 5 reps x 2 each side
8 chin ups x 2

10 mins stretching



Mind=Blown.
 
yea i wasnt expecting that to go down well, although i took it out of infinite intensity and just modified it a bit
 
Boxing 1 Hour
Just conditioning tonight with bag work, pads, bodyweight exercises etc. Can definately say my power has improved even though its only been a month and ive slacked a bit :)

Weighed at the gym 11 stone 7
