I would tend to agree with you but, don't you have concern about the money angle and shutting people up? I mean McDougle looked like a complete moron in that interview but the part that caught my interest was that AMI had no interest in the story until Trump won the Rep nomination. Then they re-visited the issue. Stormy's attorney claiming that there are other women, which I could easily see Trump has a history of not claiming responsibility for his actions but paying people to just go away with a NDA to silence them. Honestly the smartest thing Trump could have done was own up to it and say "yeah, I screwed up. I had infidelities during moments of weakness" his base would have forgiven him, hell they forgave the access hollywood tape which was probably about as damning as it could get. The truth was this past election was about "who do you hate least" and "are you not disgusted enough not to vote". Honestly, Trump screwing a porn star and a playmate weren't going to change anyone's mind.

It's a matter of money, who pays their bills on time and following advice your lawyer gives you. Stormy might be a whore but as she says "a very successful whore" who knows how to stick to her lane (she knows enough that if her attorney tells her to do something, she does it) and she pays her bills. Trump is notorious for not paying people then when he finally does negotiating the bill down. Most quality attorneys don't want to work with someone like that, especially at the high profile level when you have a client that doesn't follow your advice. In other words Trump is his own worst enemy.

Also, Trump badmouths folks/business when they part ways so most big firms refuse to work with him. They shopped all the major firms in DC and the vast majority passed.

yeah, there is that too. Trump is an odd duck when it comes to insults. If you insult him it's the most personal affront to his character and he's just short of challenging someone to a duel. If he insults you he has this attitude of "what? why are you so thin skinned, it's just part of doing business?"

Trump is going to have to testify in the Summer Zervos case, and can't refuse questions as being unrelated, so we will see what Gloria Allred wants to know about Donny's sex life. That is the case getting the least attention, but could be the most humiliating if not damaging, as he doesn't want to add a perjury charge.

Trump is going to have to testify in the Summer Zervos case, and if he lies about something, it is perjury. I would expect that he will be asked about both Stormy and Karen.<Baelish01>
