Woodley did nothing for 24 minutes and 30 seconds of the second fight except backpedal. How the hell do you win multiple rounds by backing up and throwing no strikes? How is that "masterful"? Against Maia who isn't dangerous at all striking he once against did nothing but backpedal. There is no double standard here, this is a false equivalency. Stipe fought more like a safe GSP fight which is still far more active than Woodley has been his last three fights.

Stipe landed around 200 strikes. Woodley might not even have that in his title fights combined... Ngannou was going to be a huge test with his A-Level Power and got outclassed. Would love to see Woodley do that in his next fight...
