Pascal is unretiring. It's the Canadian #MayMac

In what appears to be the Canadian version of Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor, Pascal has promised to batter Bosse and send him running back to mixed martial arts.

Bosse made his boxing debut as a heavyweight with a victory over Julio Cuellar Cabrera at the Montreal Casino in February. The 36-year-old from St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Que., played six seasons of professional hockey in the 2000s in a Quebec league that encouraged fighting. He then turned to MMA.

Wow, that is a huge step up for bosse, pascal has only lost to the best guys in his division and he hits like a mule.

Rootimg for bosse but man he has to be 100 to 1 underdog here since i dont recall pascall ever getting knocked out and that is bosse only hope is fr a ko

as is tradition

Steve Bosse is a folk hero. From hockey enforcer to MMA star to boxing contender.

This is ridiculous, but from the looks of Pascal, he desperately needs to get back in the gym.

Is Bosse not under UFC contract anymore?

Exciting dude, him vs Saki would have been great.

Will probably be a big deal in Canada but Pascal will have his way and probably not lose a round

Pascal is shot but even with that he should get a KO1 if he decides to train even a little.

Have Kerry Fraser ref it, run Colton Orr vs Chris Jericho as the co-main and have Paulina Gretzky as the ring girl and it might just get Canadian enough to interest me

Alan Thicke to sing the national anthem obviously

Absolutely.. He isn't half of what he used to be but he's still got enough to beat him with some ease

why again is this in the ufc board on sherdog. the only thing boxing we care about is conor and the only thing canadia we care about is gsp

I hope both these guys are getting paid for this. Pascal's last win seemed like a great end to his career. Other than a fat paycheck, I can't understand the thinking here.

Just lost a bit of respect for Pascal. He should have stayed retired. This fight does NOTHING for him except an easy paycheck. Jean Pascal coming back from retirement to fight Steve Bossé. Steve fucking Bossé. J'ai mon criss de voyage.
