Footage shows the 34-year-old right-wing activist – who claims to have been acting in self defence – shove a man to the ground in the Berkshire racecourse's car park.
Robinson then waits for him to get to his feet before beating him in the face seven times.
The battered man attempts to swing a few hooks of his own but is overpowered by the former EDL leader before two men run in to break it up.
Robinson continues to thump the man until he is dragged away by the intervening men and the clip – filmed by a parked car's dashcam – ends.
A statement released on his behalf reads: "Tommy was out with his wife yesterday at Ascot, he was followed to his coach whilst being abused, he had asked multiple times for the man to leave them alone.
"The man continued and dragged Tommy from the coach.
"This short clip that's been released doesn't show how the altercation started."
