can someone please explain exactly when the mayweather vs mcgregor entrance and everything will begin eastern? It says main event starts at 9. Is this the start of the 3 fights or is the main considered just the one fight? I'm going to my friends to watch and will. Be time strained just want to know approximately this fight will start.

You never know exactly when ppv main events start. It depends on the other fights but between 11 and 12 is going to be the safest guess in your timezone. If you are really crunched for time aim closer to 12.
