Good to hear some people are enjoying it. Hopefully I'll get to watch this Saturday morning.

Every negative review on Rotten Tomatoes I've looked at is dribble, honestly. It's some of the most pedantic and arbitrary critiques that are clearly grounded in their own bias. I see the film tomorrow afternoon. I'm good at suspending expectation, but from what I can tell from the negative Nancies in the crowd, it'll be great.

It's pretty much expected with movie franchises that are this big. So that's why I really don't take any reviews that seriously with Star Wars. I just have to see it for myself.

NY Times gave a negative review to Empire Strikes Back back in 1980.

It was good. I am personally not a huge fan of star wars movies so I didn't really have the same amount of hype going in. A new hope was meh for me and Rogue one was meh except for the last scene with Darth Vader. I had about the same level expectations but the Last Jedi was the best one so far. I just have to say the structure of the movie was a bit off for me. It seemed to not end when I expected the movie to end and kept going. The last act felt rushed.

It seems like Daisy Ridley gained a tad bit of weight.

Was it that one? The last one with Daisy Ridley and Kilo Ren. You can tell I'm not a star wars fan lol.

I can still purchase tickets to the regular non-3D, non IMAx tomorrow.

    May do it.

Not super hyped up about it though.

    I loved TFA.

TLJ bored me to tears. This is some prequel level shit.

Hollywood is seriously fucking up movies with political jargon. TLJ is crammed with SJW crap.

The movie should have been called "Star Wars - The Last Social Justice Warriors"

Can't wait, going to the movie theater restaurant/bar for a Friday noon showing. Enjoy lunch and a beer while watching star wars. Only 10 buck too. I did notice many of the theaters nearby are charging $35 for a thur-fri-sat showings. That seems crazy.

Just saw The Last Jedi. Not that good.

The Force Awakens wasn't that great but after watching The Last Jedi, I guarantee you'll have more appreciation for TFA in comparison.

Woah, That's kind of surprising. This movie is polarising it seems.
