ive been stalled on grekskull lp for a while now and thinking of switching to another progression. I tried 5/3/1 before but the lack of volume turned me off so I'm looking for other options. Strength is the key goal but I want some work in there too so i can still eat like shit and not be a total fat ass. What have most people on here switched to? My stats are:

    25 yo
    200lbs 6ft
    Ohp 135 x 5
    Bench 195 x5
    Box squat 435 x 5
    Deadlift 400 x 3

    Thanks for any answers

    Google Waterbury method.
Or DL Candito's program that he offers for free. It's quite solid actually, and has more volume than 5/3/1

If you're looking to gain strength, 5/3/1 is the way to go. You can always add fluff n buff exercises to sate your OCD but if you follow the numbers and movements prescribed in the program, you will get stronger.

    Texas Method is another option.

Some of the stuff from Beyond 5/3/1 is solid if you want more volume. Do your 5/3/1 sets as normal, add "joker sets" where required, and first set last sets. Building The Monolith was also a fairly high volume programme that I enjoyed. Sure there are plenty of others, but these are two I have done.
