I think one reason why Lo stands out is his progression from lightweight to super heavy weight all while staying lean. Yes it is spread out over several years but adding 45+ lbs of muscle is crazy. It's maybe not that crazy if you don't take into account how much these guys train and how many calories they burn. Trying to lift for mass gains and rolling are sort of antithetical. With the amount Lo rolls I can't imagine how many calories he would have to eat to stack on mass. Those gains would be pretty slow if you just compare calories burned to calories taken in.Why is it so obvious that Leandro is on steroids?. Seriously with guys like Claudio Calasans, Andre Galvao, Cyborg etc, etc competing Leandro stands out?.
