I've got an extremely bad APT and I'm trying to straighten my lower back by doing lots of stretches.

I can't find any decent answers on Google on whether if it's okay to workout on full squat, deadlifts and rows when you have APT, it's all mixed opinions from I've read.

What do you think? Should I skip them until it's straightened enough or do the alternatives? I also can't feel my hamstrings much when I do them.

I have APT and I do them all without issue. However if yours is extreme I might hold off or ask a doctor. Don’t take medical advice from the internet
