Giving access to the internet and directly controlling the internet are two completely different things. Why you are ok with them controlling the internet is mind boggling.

You're still too stupid to distinguish providing access and actually controlling what you're providing access to. The ISP's are not doing the latter. If I were to build a bridge to another city and I decided to only allow the people that I want to cross it, am I controlling access to the city or controlling the city itself? This should be easy to answer, even for you.
