rather complicated if you ask me, unless your already proficient in both stances. Bang Muay Thai Definitely works though, it seems to be geared more towards MMA than traditional muay thai but after sparring with some of Duanes Pro MMA fighters I can honestly say I know why its called BANG Muay Thai! lol. its good stuff.
 
I like the entry from the hand trap. I'm not one for staying in southpaw for extended periods but I'm totally down for shifting on single strikes.
 
I like it. If you watch Lomachenko boxing the hand trap/pivot is something he does very often.
