Sometimes I feel like eating too healthy has a negative effect on me

It takes a while to adjust to New foods, do It gradually.
You need to enjoy what you eat elsewise You won't properly digest it.
Try white rice with veggies and any cut of meat, doesn't have to be lean.

Brown rice, especially wild rice can be very hard To digest.


Also if you eat junk you're not used to a lot of Fiber and all that clogged up shit in your colon might unload too fast.

The body including gut bacteria needs like 2 weeks to adjust to new foods.
 
There's times where I'll eat really clean like brown rice and vegetables with lean meat and I end up just shitting my brains out. Then I feel weak and low on energy for workouts, even my t levels and sex drive seems to drop. Anyone else ever experience this?

Be cognizant to the response your body has with certain foods.
