I watched some mma the other and randomly decided to try out some of the kicks I saw, and nearly ripped of my leg lel. I been boxin for some time now, but jyst noticed that my legs are immobile as hell(as far as lisfting them goes).
I tried uaing this site http://www.trickstutorials.com/index.php?page=content/flx3#ddf_6 to kinda improve my mobility, but cant really figure out what of it Im supposed to do per session. So if someone would be so kind to tell me what of that site would be recommended to get my leg mobility to head height at least. It can be from other sources too of course, or just your own routine if your a kickboxer or something.
