It would be taking Mexicans who purchase things from the United States or who are sending money from the United States into Mexico. That's how we would tax Mexico for the wall.

aside from the obvious fact this violates trade agreemements, i dont see how either of those is..... actually enforcable. we have a hard enough time keeping western union from financing terrorism, let alone just random people sending money. the idea is pretty laughable. how would you even be able to tell what is going into mexico?
