Shenmue 3 is the only next gen game I'm looking forward to.
You including 7th gen? Because I guarantee you games like Skyrim, RDR, Bioshock, Mass Effect, Uncharted, TLOU, Fallout 3, etc, etc, are all considered masterpieces, and will be talked about for ages.
Shit, Skyrim is as legendary as any game you put it up against.
I played it, it sucks. Boring tbh.
Masterpiece when it comes to gameplay, replayability, story and not graphics.
I personally think Zelda sucks, but I'm not about to hold my opinion above the general consensus of the universe.
It's alright, everyone has different opinions.
But my opinion with modern games will still be the same, visually stunning yet recycled crap.
Trust me, 10 years from now no body will talk or remember the games that you mentioned.
Give it rest old man. You're just nostalgic for your childhood.
I do sort of agree that this current gen leaves a lot to be desired though, and hasn't had any truly groundbreaking stuff released.
7th gen though? Pssh....one of the greatest generations in gaming history. Tons of legit classics that will be remembered and played a long time from now.
One of the greatest you say? More like one of the lamest reskin videogames. Learn to experience it before you say something little one.
I did experience it. However, I'm not blinded by nostalgia.
Learn to judge things objectively.
Pretty sure you're just trolling though, so whatever..
Liar, you didn't experience the greatness of gaming.
There's a reason why this game is still being played to this day. Good call.
Smash is for people who suck at real fighting games.
Yeah I agree, it is superior to both SF4 and 5.
I've never played Skyrim, but Red Dead is the greatest Western game ever made. If you've ever wanted to live out the wild west that's the game. Good story, characters, lots of different things to do from forts, hunting, gambling, even the multiplayer was fun for a little bit. That game was a masterpiece and Rockstar's best game since Vice City. Quit being a contrarian can.
It's interesting to see how our preferences give us different insights on the same things.
I thought both Skyrim and RDR were excellent. Evidently, TS did not have the same connection with those titles. Meanwhile, I didn't enjoy The Last of Us at all, but it was critically well-received by everyone else.
TS took an arrow to the knee
then got sepsis and had his leg amputated
now hes just bitter from loss
I doubt if RDR comes for PS3
And it had a great soundtrack, not just some shitty remixes.
That guy's serious face, makes me comfortable in knowing I won't ever be shit in fighting games. I was the Canadian Middleweight Champ in "Fight Night Champion" on the 360 for about six minutes though, for what it's worth.
