Should the UFC adopt SPEEDOS instead of shorts for male fighters?

I was just thinking, if male fighters wore speedos it would help a lot with mobility. Shorts are quite constricting. A speedo would allow for better dexterity while also making it easier for opponents to see where the legally hittable area ends. The extra breathability could also help the athlete to keep cool, thus improving athletic performance.

Speedo-style shorts are banned in the UFC following UFC 133's Hallman debacle. Ebersole won 50 grand for stopping Hallman in the first round, a "get those horrifying shorts off TV" bonus.

I'll vote no.

Thongs would be better, my wife thinks Rashad had a very nice ass when he fought Phil Davis.

You know what's even less constricting TS? Them fighting naked, which is what I think you are really after.
