Should equality be sought after over freedom or equal opportunity?

Is the unequal outcome of allowing the freedom of choice and equal opportunity unethical given it's lack of equality in outcome?

Should it all be about the equal outcome? Irrelevant of the equal opportunity and freedom of choice?

equal opportunity. freedom to fail, freedom to succeed

fuck the commies who say otherwise

also, equality of outcome should never be aa concern of the government. the government is only supposed to protect our rights, freedom, property and interests abroad, not legislate wealth distributation

Obviously not. If somebody chooses to sit around and do nothing, they should not be rewarded as nicely as somebody who is trying to cure cancer.

No...because in the end. One man struggles..another relaxes and the outcome is the same. That's not equal. You can't have society without people working. Unless we want to go to straight communism which most people don't want and can't be achieved on a mass scale without a violent vanguard..which gets fat while everybody struggles for scraps.

It's pretty basic. People that contribute to the state and the burdens have earned themselves a better quality of life than those who rely on everybody else. That's not to say I'm against helping people but I'm more concerned about people working 10 hour days and not being able to support themselves independently...let alone start a family.

Well what would happen if the government funded a casino in every town where there were only roulette wheels with 1 color and 1 number and anyone could play?

Freedom must come first. There is no equality or opportunity without freedom

Seriously, if it's equal outcome I'm not doing shit.

just say no to affirmative action

i want the best fireman to save my house, not the 5th best black guy

The thing is we are not all equal. Not in the slightest.
Some people and cultures are smarter and harder workers then others.
Some more.violent then others
Some just simple people who have shown little change in.over 1,000 years.

Now you can give people every opportunity under the book and nothing will come out of it.

Don't try and appease people who do nothing but negatively effect the world all in the name of equality

Equal outcome is evil. That was the devil's plan.
