In which contexts is it appropriate to say “Touch him/her/it/‘em with the jab” vs “Fill the room with uppercuts”?

Is there crossover or are the concepts very distinguishable?

fuck u asshole, I'm no Sherdog expert.

A true sherdogger only uses those suggestions, never merely utters them.

what the hell is a jab and why would you touch someone with it?

You can only fill the room with uppercut if you can bench the 275...

Touching someone with the jab is entry level stuff. Uppercuts are for serious business.

<WellThere>

TS is clearly only at jab level.

Is manlet a work spoken or written outside of sherdog?

Teh jab is when you need to straighten someone out. Fillin a room with uppercuts is when you need to rage.

Your girl doesn’t do the laundry, crashes her car etc touch her wit TS jab

She cheats on you, fill the room with uppercuts

Speaking of fill the room with upper cuts, where does that particular vernacular come from?

"Shit thread, shit poster" will always hold a special place in my heart.

And now I understand the difference because suddenly I want to unleash some uppercuts up in here!
