I use guage 9 ernieballs yeah the pink ones but this days I use D'addario 9s because its cheaper here.

I used to go from barry white to jimmy urine but one day just lost an octave.....which I've mostly gained back though whistle register is mostly gone so.....no mariah carey stuff.
