Big difference between healthcare and health insurance.

A car crash is much different than a lifelong smoker getting lung cancer. Why should I have to pay for a smoker to get cancer treatment when they brought it on themselves? Or why should I pay for the hospital bills of an obese person has a heart attack? Or a herione addict having medical complications? Or a guy doing parkour in his free time and fucking up his leg on a landing. Why take responsibility away from people?
