The US Senate today voted to eliminate broadband privacy rules that would have required ISPs to get consumers' explicit consent before selling or sharing Web browsing data and other private information with advertisers and other companies.

Well, one would hope. But this has been the standard line from the right; that selling our private information somehow prevents job loss. And with the rise of terrible posters in the last few months, "dumbfuck" is still within the realm of possibility.
