SBG BJJ coach Dillon Danis loses in FIRST ROUND at ADCC

Lost to a great competitor plus he barely lost in a very competitive close match. Nothing to see here folks.

He lost at what is basically the olympics of grappling, so another way of putting it is that Conor's BJJ coach is so good that he was able to compete in the highest level tournament possible.

You do realise how good you have to be to get to ADCC in the first place, right?

Unlike the Olympics they don't test for roids.

In fact, ADCC seems to be the PRIDE of grappling (indirectly encouraging you to use).

This is Gordon Ryan, who won yesterday. He's basically the Zyzz of BJJ.

Pretty sad that people hate Conor so much they're taking joy in his BJJ coach losing lol

These guys fight/grapple against the best in the world and sometimes they lose. I figured we were all aware of that by now.
Dude is huge douche.

One of the best parts about grappling, they can juice, recover, murder...and without strikes, theres nowhere near the ethical compromise of using peds since no one's getting slept or head kicked (IMO of course)

The ethical compromise is self inflicting danger. If you dont threaten with control it develops into a race who can take more PEDs. Dont underestimate the health damage done. We are not talking about multimillionaires with a highly competent medical staff.

At one point you will only be able to enter a contest by seriously damaging your longterm health.

And with someone like Palhares (certified juice monkey) even BJJ can
be very dangerous for the opponent.

He lost the second he drew Gordon Ryan. Not surprised. That said, I'm glad he keeps fucking up high-profile bouts.
