Twas 12 years ago today that my dad died. When his body was burned and pulverized so too was my contact with half of my bloodline. I'd always had conflicting thoughts about my dad and I knew that he wasn't a very good person.
I remember him telling me to shut my blinds because "they can see you pulling your pud". I remember him shocking me with a cattle prod, the batteries in it were almost dead so it didn't hurt too bad. He once got me a weight set and I promptly out benched him, I knew then that he was a little bitch.
Time passes and perspectives change. Now I think he wasn't all that bad. But then I remember that he tried to run my mother over in his truck and I am conflicted again.
