I live in Los Angeles. 10,170,000 people. You only have one ISP choice depending on what street you live on.To be fair, unless your in a small town usually you have 2 or so options not including spotty satalite internet.
FCC should have forced the sale or fair-priced rental of final lines. Yes I understand that company x paid to install those lines, and they should be paid accordingly.Until we change our infustructure, our ISP issues will not change.
