Speaking of restaurants/food service/bar. I don't think they should deny service for anything other than what they have on their door or illegal Acts.

I get that you have an emotionally-based disagreement with the law here, as do I. What's right/wrong vs. what's enforceable is different and all that. Still, refusing service to a specific person for a specific association, on the grounds that she is Trump's leashed liar and doing some amount of harm to the country, is a personal thing, exactly the kind of reason that falls under the discretion of business owners. It's nothing like a general ban on Trump hats or Obama shirts, which is something that could be a big concern if it became widespread.

The restaurant should have the legal right to turn people away, but they must suffer the consequences for targeting certain groups. It's a good system.

Technically its the opposite way around. There are a few reasons that Burger King can't deny you service for(race, religion, nationality, sex, age etc) but other than that its perfectly legal.

Not necessarily, it would be like denying service to someone who worked for the Obama administration.

Even Trumps biggest failures, like his casino blunder in the 80's, contributed more to society than ten of his haters combined lifetimes. The amount of money he dumped into the local economy was staggering. That's a lot of job creation.
