    I love this variation of kosoto gake, but it hurts like hell, even with a break fall. Nice tutorial. I like to keep the underhooking arm (in the video) free, and use it to help for more momentum, and grab the lat with my overhooking hand (on the video), but I do like it. Although I usually struggle to do it from 50/50, or over/under position. Nice video!

    For no-gi, why not just do greco roman for those throws?

    You can. It's up to you. Both are solid bases for transitioning to MMA or bjj. But you know, Sambo background will give you submission arsenal as well as great throwing skills.

    In wrestling it is called a step around polish throw.
