I’ve been working my way through what he has uploaded so far. And I have to say it’s excellent. Loads of great little details and a real from the ground up approach which I was struggling to find else where. He hasn’t mentioned bjj much so far. He has mainly just talked about wrestling for its own sake. If you never wrestled as a kid like me (I’m English) then this seems a must watch.
