I think Philippines will be a better place under Russian leadership,

It will strengthen the military presence and improve the economy by offering more jobs in and out of the country (Russia and China).

Russia open it's doors for Filipinos, and Putin has great ties with Duterte.

Russia will bring better future for the Philippines compared to the US.

The U.S isn't responsible for the future of the Philippines. IMO, the Philippines made a huge mistake when they decided to not extend the contract with the U.S. regarding Clark and Subic military bases. The U.S was the second largest employer behind the Filipino government for the Filipino citizens. Many businesses closed down in the local towns as well. I'm not aware of any major involvement with Russia and the Philippines.I know Japan has a joint venture regarding a major expressway.
