Roundhouse kick video

How about some shadowboxing? Hitting a bag? Sparring?

These singular kicks and punches are getting old fast.

I need to work on the ball of the foot roundhouse kick. It's in my black stripe kata and I have never trained it. We always kick with the shin or instep in sparring. Kicking air is also much more difficult than landing on a target.

Katas below red belt contained no roundhouse kicks at all.

Not only that, your foot is heavy in the air and hard to keep still/fucks up the technique before or after execution. Kicking air is ten times more difficult. I can just twist my hip on a mitts and go straight up the pipe and bang it, and nobody knows anything about body control or balance because I am "holding" on to the mitts with the leg.
